This morning, a local food business we work with had two problems.
Problem one: Vendor registration was spread across two separate services. One handled applications, another handled date sign-ups. Neither talked to the other. Every new vendor meant manual cross-referencing between two dashboards, two logins, two sets of data.
Problem two: The business owner shared a PDF with their agent containing the full season schedule. The agent could only read the first page. Multi-page documents were a blind spot.

How the PDF fix shipped
The agent couldn’t read multi-page PDFs because a single system package was missing. We installed it remotely. Thirty seconds. The agent can now extract text from any PDF, any length.
The owner had asked for “better PDF reading capabilities.” What she got was her agent being able to process vendor documents, read schedules, and analyze any multi-page PDF related to the business. Permanently.
Why this matters
A traditional IT provider would have scoped the vendor form as a project. Requirements gathering, wireframes, development sprints, testing, deployment. Weeks. Maybe months. Maybe a recurring SaaS fee on top.
We identified the problem, built the solution, deployed it, and handed it to the agent to manage operationally. The owner’s morning wasn’t interrupted. She didn’t attend a meeting. She didn’t learn a new tool. The old clunky thing was just gone, replaced by something simpler that her agent already knows how to run.
